We stand behind the products we offer. Occasionally, mistakes happen and things slip through due to a manufacturing defect. We have all had a bad day before, right? If you purchase a Blackwater product and it fails, submit a claim below, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

We process warranty claims on Thursdays and will contact you as soon as we begin working on your claim.

Shipping costs for warranty items are the customer’s responsibility.
