Blackwater Paddling was born from the flow of the Blackwater River in British Columbia, a place known for its deep forests, clean waters, and strong current. The river inspired our name and our purpose, to create paddling gear that connects you with nature in the most simple, reliable way possible.

From the start, we set out to design equipment that every paddler could trust, from calm lake tours to coastal adventures. What began as a small team of water enthusiasts in Abbotsford, BC, has grown into a proud Canadian brand recognized across the country for quality, value, and versatility.
